Local Book Author – business photo session

Anthony Almato, a local book author in Northern NJ, asked us to take his professional portraits for his debut book, “Free Worlds of Humanity.” Normally we shoot studio lighting portraits indoors but when we shot these several months ago, Covid cases were higher in our county. So we improvised and shot these in our back yard at dusk. Since the book is gritty science fiction it worked out perfectly. It was fascinating to hear how the book came to be. These book characters have been in his head for years. It was a pretty cool project to photograph. And it’s a little crazy for us to see our portraits on Amazon!
