Someone Special – Mother Son Hike

Every Spring at our children’s school the boys look forward to hiking with their moms or special special on the Appalachian Trail. The boys have a great time exploring the beautiful trail and checking out the awesome views. They each get to take home a little souvenir with their school’s name on it. One year it was a baseball cap, last year it was a carabiner and this year a cool metal water bottle. After the hike, the local ice cream truck stops by and the boys get an ice cream, with sprinkles! Thanks to our amazing PTA for organizing this event!
